Isn't steering readers to reviews against Amazon's rules?
"Review gating" — sending only happy readers to leave a public review while diverting unhappy ones — is against Amazon's (and Apple's/Google's) policies. This tool is built to be compliant: by default the public review link is offered to every reader, and unhappy readers are additionally given a private-feedback path. No one is blocked from reviewing.
Where do reader responses go?
Into a dedicated, isolated database, separate from your account and billing data. You see and manage them only from your authenticated dashboard, where you can filter by sentiment, categorize, archive, and delete.
How is it kept secure and abuse-free?
The public form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, same-origin checks, a hidden honeypot, and per-reader plus per-funnel rate limiting. Reader IPs are never stored raw — only as salted hashes used for abuse triage.
Can I collect a reader's email?
Optionally. You can enable an optional email field so readers who leave negative feedback can choose to let you follow up. It's clearly opt-in and stored with the rest of the response in the isolated reviews database.
Can I pause or retire a link?
Yes. Set a funnel to paused or archived at any time and its public link immediately becomes inert — useful when a promotion ends or a book goes out of print.
